The wall of the cell was smeared with profanity by a man using his own faeces.
Murray spat on a police officer at Bournemouth Police Station.
“Fortunately” the spittle fell onto the officer’s mask at Bournemouth Crown Court.
Annabel Haslitt, the prosecutor in court, said that Murray had been arrested after an incident occurred on Poole March 6.
According to Ms Hazlitt, the defendant allegedly went drunk to his partner’s home and was denied entrance.
Murray, according to the barrister threw an entire roof tile out her window.
Roof tiles have broken double-glazed glass windows.
Murray was rude to policemen when called.
He was arrested at Bournemouth Police Station by a police officer.
In his prison cell, the inmate smeared faeces all over the place, even writing “and thanks to you”.
The detention officer leaned down later to talk with the defendant by the cell-door wicket.
The window in the house needed replacing and the cells needed deep cleaning, both of which would cost 130 PS. Murray refused to comment when the police asked him.
The most recent offence he committed dates from 2015. He was convicted of 18 offenses.
Murray, in a video-link appearance at HMP Winchester from which he was incarcerated for two counts criminal damage as well one of assaulting emergency workers.
Griffiths’ mitigation said, “He was drinking and depressed.”
Griffiths claims that the trauma suffered by the defendant led him to be in his current condition.
Griffiths said that Mr Griffiths had gone off his rails.
Murray from Arne Avenue Poole worked very hard during his time in prison, completing relationship classes.
Hannah Willcocks KC, the Recorder of the Court on Friday July 28th, jailed this defendant for 10 week.
He was released immediately because of the amount of time he spent in prison.
A judge refused to order costs and compensation because defendant had spent 79 days in prison.
